Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture confirms that it will be supporting grape growers of wine grapes until 2023.
The maximum financial support will be at €155 per decare and it will be paid to compensate for the loss of income from regular wine grape production.
The goal of this financial aid is to completely get rid of unripe grapes during the harvest in order to make way for healthier grapes next season. This measure also helps to restore balance in the supply and demand as commented by experts.
