Food processors in India not allowed to operate at full capacity

Due to the COVID lockdown, many migrant laborers have either returned to their home states or are not able to work.
Additionally, although the government has made some exemptions for the agricultural & food industry, the agro-processing facilities are not allowed to operate at full capacity. For example, seafood processors are operating with limited resources and cannot produce all requirements for the customer.
