Increasing usage of Soybean to produce protein supplements replacing Silver cyprinid aka the Lake Victoria sardine or Mukene in Uganda

Soybean production in Uganda is picking up quickly in terms of its demand due to its protein content. Manufacturers in the country now use it to make protein supplements replacing the famous Silver cyprinid also known as the Lake Victoria sardine or Mukene fish which is now scarce but highly demanded locally.
