The salted duck egg suppliers are worried their egg products will be damaged if the MCO lasts longer in Malaysia. This is because there was less demand during the MCO which made the salted egg less sellable. Although salted eggs can last up to 5 months but if kept too long they will become too salty and may not be sold.
