Bulgaria low on honey yield, producers remain optimistic about prices

Due to heavy rains and low temperatures, the pollination necessary for honey production is being hampered. The Bulgarian beekeepers are also dissatisfied with their honey production yields. On the other hand, local beekeepers in Bulgaria are hoping to trade their products at better prices in the Europian market this year. the Europian market is dominated by the Argentinian honey. However, this year the honey yield in Argentina was 50% lower compared to the last year. due to which the honey will not reach the European market which provides the Bulgarian producers an opportunity to sell their produce at desired purchasing prices.
