After coronavirus quarantine was introduced in Russia the demand for dried fruits immediately fell by 20-30%, although demand usually grows during this period.
A decrease in demand is observed for dried apricots, prunes, raisins and other categories. At the same time, sales of dried fruits are declining both for the food industry and in retail. But the sale of dried fruits for public catering (HoReCa) has stopped almost completely.
