Low plum availability in Mendoza for two consecutive years

Mendoza Province had two consecutive years of late frosts that made the availability of plums really low. Consequently, prune producers are struggling to get the prime matter for drying the plum and elaborating their product. At this point, the demand is surpassing the offer.
