Worldwide Canary Seed harvest with low yields

Both the main Canary Seed exporting countries (Canada and Argentina) did not have a good harvest in the past season. As Canada began to run out of stock, the demand migrated to Argentina. This caused prices to rice and also made many Argentine suppliers to suddenly run out of stock.
