According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), US exports in the last week of April totaled 467.4 thousand tons of wheat (from the 2019/20 harvest), a strong increase of 91% in relation to the previous week and above the average of the last four weeks. The main destinations for North American cereal were Taiwan (150,000 Mt) and the Philippines (110,200 Mt).
For the new crop (2020/21 campaign), 155.1 thousand tons were sold. In Argentina, FOB prices, released by the Ministry of Agroindustry, advanced 0.3% from March to April, at US $ 244.19 / ton.
