Avocado Oil production in Kenya is always high from February to early May following the Hass and Fuerte Avocados seasonality trend. The commercial varieties of Hass and Fuerte are highly preferred in making the vegetable oil because they have very high oil content with the flesh of an Avocado fruit normally containing as much as 30% oil.
