Japan imports high quality Vietnam lychees

Businesses have increased the purchase of lychee from farmers at 1.65 USD / kg which is higher than the floor price of 1.08 USD / kg. This increases the income of the farmers and boosts export to Japan. Japanese importers buy lychee at a very high price of 8-12 USD / kg to sell the stock in wholesale in the Japanese supermarket systems. The quality of Vietnamese lychee to Japan is excellent. Once the lychees arrive in Japan they complete the procedures and are immediately purchased by the supermarket. The importer does not need to bring the goods to the warehouse. Moreover, retail prices are expected to be higher in future and bring huge benefits to Vietnamese businesses.
