Positive signal for Vietnamese sugar industry

As the domestic industries are recovering from the COVID pandemic, there has been some positive signals for the sugar industry in Vietnam. Even though the global price of sugar has been at the lowest in the past decade, the prices are recovering due to global supply shortage as manufacturing plans are and were not in full operation due to the pandemic. Also, as Vietnam has recovered from the pandemic sooner than other sugar exporting countries, the Vietnamese sugar industry can take advantage of this by aggressively exporting their sugar.
