High demand for Brussels Sprout improves production

Brussels sprout demand is on the rise since the beginning of last year in the USA market. As a result producers from the Pacific northwest have increased cultivation for this season by 17% in comparison to 2019. In future, cultivation is expected to see a 23% increase on a yearly basis.
