Domestic demand strong for Spot Prawns

Local and domestic demand for spot prawns in British Columbia remained high through the first two weeks of the season, however international demand appears to be more tempered due to the lingering effects of COVID. The harvest appears to be strong making it a buyer's market for the seasonal delicacy.
