As June began, the trade route between Myanmar and China gradually resumed at the Lwejie and Kampaiti Border Gates. China’s General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine has provided clearance for the export of watermelon, mango, plum, melon, mangosteen, rambutan, and lychee to commence, in addition to existing exports. In addition, Myanmar's Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation has sent relevant information on tissue-culture bananas, limes, pineapples, avocados, and pomelos to China for trade access in advance before the onset of the harvest season.
