The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed eating habits. Indeed, after the rush for orange juice, it is around lemons to undergo a high demand, because of its essential role in strengthening the immune system.
This year, the lemon market was slightly decreasing before the pandemic, but it seems that it can be considered as one of the main products benefiting from the current situation alongside with ginger, garlic, and orange.
