Zanzibar government focusing on seaweed and clove production

Zanzibar State Trading Corporation (ZSTC) to monopolize the seaweed market as of Clove. The government of Zanzibar through the Ministry of Trade and Industries said that the move will help the increase of production as more farmers will venture to cultivate the product with assurance of the market. Also, the Government is preparing for the construction of the Seaweed processing and packaging factory in Zanzibar.
