Seropositive samples of the Swine Influenza H1N1 (SIV H1N1) virus or swine flu have been detected in commercial and wild boar breeds in Malaysia. The seropositive pig breeds show no signs of disease and are not a risk for spreading the infection to humans. To prevent any disease, suppliers are prohibited from importing pork and pork-related products from infected and risky countries. There are several preventive activities which are taking place at the country's main entrance which involve monitoring and inspection of pork and pork products which try to under the order from any risky countries.
