Demand for cocoa falls due to lockdown

Due to the spread of COVID19, there is a nationwide lockdown in the country. The demand for cocoa has fallen down by 41% since the month of March. The decline has been witnessed in both domestic and international export markets. The distribution is also affected due to limited local logistics as the movement from markets to shipping ports is restricted.
