Indian and Australian sugar get benefits from recent sugar price trend not Brazil and Thailand

Though the sugar price is in good trend at this moment, the countries who are enjoying this benefit are not the 1st or 2nd world sugar manufacturers; Brazil or Thailand; but India and Australia. Thailand has been having a shortage of cane due to the drought, and Brazil has used its cane to produce ethanol instead of sugar.
