Jackfruit Season in Myanmar

There are two varieties of Myanmar jackfruits - inner soft and hard type. The major commercial cultivation area of jackfruits can be found at the Southern Region of Myanmar such as Yangon, Bago, Mon and Kayin State. However, the local demand is quite high, some traders import jackfruits from Thailand in the summertime (March-May).
