Turkey and Iran have reached an agreement last week to partially open the Gurbulak/Bazargan land border for 60 truck passing per day. As per the agreement, both Turkish and Iranian sides are obliged to observe the health protocols as the decision is aiming to ease the mutual trade between the two countries amid the ongoing Covid-19 risks. Right after the agreement was reached last week, there were 45 trucks that passed to Turkey carrying watermelon, kiwifruit and dates.
