Over 65% of dragonfruit produced in Mexico is exported to markets in the USA and Canada. The demand for organic dragon fruit has been soaring by over 20% since 2018 in the country. A major contributor to the increase in demand is the USA market which imports a substantial amount of dragon fruits every season.
