Government establishes a list of essential products

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the Colombian Government has established a list of 26 essential products, in order to keep track of their prices and to control any arbitrary increases from sellers and producers that want to take advantage of the spiking demand.
Apart from medical devices, medicine and cleaning products, the list includes cow milk, sugar, cheese, rice, sunflower oil, green peas, onions, oranges and potatoes.
