Manila City taking measures to secure stable milkfish and tilapia prices after volcano eruption

Manila City assures the inhabitants that there will be no increase in the prices of milkfish and tilapia on the public market of Manila, as a supply shortage from Laguna and Batangas has been reported after the eruption of the Taal volcano, which will affect fishing in March and April. Manila will take more fish from Central Luzon and the Cordillera administrative region to ensure an adequate supply of fish in Manila.
