On Monday, November 14, 2022, a new strike among Spanish truck drivers began. This comes only a few months after one of the biggest truck drivers’ strikes, which lasted nearly three weeks and paralysed the entire country. Until now, this strike has had a lower impact on the economy and transportation routes compared to the previous strike. With no end date in sight, the strike may cause some problems with inland transport in Spain in the coming days. Spanish entities and transport companies are becoming concerned, as the previous strike lasted three weeks and caused a loss of approximately USD 619.25M per day.
