Short Dried Mung Bean Season Due to Lack of Rains in the Southern and Northern Tanzania

Mung beans are normally grown towards the end of the year in the Southern and Northern parts of Tanzania following the commencing of the short rainy season in November and December. The current mung bean season beginning in W10 is expected to be shorter than usual due to the lack of sufficient rain in both growing areas.
