Agriculture ministry's CAPQ signs cooperation protocol with FAS to develop smart agriculture

The CAPQ has signed a cooperation protocol with Egypt Food Security and Agribusiness Support Project (FAS) to provide technical support aiming to code field crops. The crops that will be initially coded are pomegranates, beans, onions and grapes, among other crops planted in Upper Egyptian governorates. The CAPQ seeks to maintain cooperation with all development partners with a view in serving to the Egyptian farmers and boosting exports to various markets.
