Thai fruits are gaining popularity in East Asian markets

The trend of consuming a high quality of Thai fruits has lasted long in Japan and European market. Now the trend is expanding to more countries such as China, mostly through their online platforms. Thai premium durian will be delivered within 3-4 days by airfreight.

Not only growers, but Thai government is trying to catch up with the trend. The Department of International Trade Promotion will hold a seminar called “Thai fruit products invade Japan and South Korea market” via online on 9 November 2021, since Japan and Korea are the main consuming countries of Thailand’s premium fruits.
