Aseptic Pineapple Juice Concentrate Prices Remain High in Thailand

Some pineapple processors in Thailand predict that the price of aseptic pineapple juice concentrate will remain higher than last year as pineapple supply will be low. Pineapple harvest usually happens between October and November, but the heavy rains this season have some producers already harvesting in September. Predictions indicate there will be less raw material which will cause a decline in the production of pineapple juice concentrate. Since the demand is forecasted to remain stable, prices are predicted to rise unless the fruit is imported from other countries.
