The 2021 vintage for Australian wine seems to be the best of the past few years, according to growers. Fairly, it is not so difficult when taking into account the bush fires and the droughts, which caused 2019 and 2020 vintages to be way below average.

Most Australian renowned valleys have seen not only a higher quantity of grapes but a richer quality in its fruit.

In April, when most of the varieties have been already harvested, Australian winemakers can take a breath of fresh air and focus the efforts on what will be a challenging year for exports.
