For Australian fruit, mandarins in particular, there are three countries where Australia had to make a special 'protocol' to export. These are South Korea, China and Thailand.

The 'KCT' prices (for Korea, China, Thailand) will vary from USD 0.75 - 1.50 per carton (18 kg) as the process is longer and more tedious than an ordinary country to export. These prices are higher compared to last year mainly for the shorter times suppliers have to load the goods since COVID-19 and the shortage of containers.
