In the Katherine region of Australia, the hot weather continues at temperatures reaching 38-41C in W41. In Darwin, ideal weather conditions with minimal rain are expected for October 2022. La Niña is forecasted to bring an early rain season in November, with the farms hoping to complete harvesting mangoes ahead of heavy rain events. This season has produced healthy crop loads across all mango varieties thanks to a strong flowering season. The R2E2 variety crop is on track with forecasts of reaching maturity for picking in W43, which will have it ready for exports in W44.
