Avocado inside darkening a major problem for Turkish importers

Turkish importers who bring avocado to Turkey from Kenya noted that the biggest issue they have in terms of quality is when an avocado's insides take a dark turn on arrival. With the transit time of 28 days and customs clearance period of 5 - 7 days, the avocados started to turn dark on the inside and lose a lot of their value and shelf life.
