Mango from India (North India), Banarasi Langda variety, is highly preferred by mango pulp products and juice producers, in international markets, due to its super sweetness in nectar and taste, the good shelf life of 40-50 days (depends on storage too) and low fiber content. Low fiber content makes it good for the processing of mango-packed juices and other products.
