Barley import from Kazakhstan to China are restricted due to COVID

Chinese buyer is looking for wheat from France, Ukraine, or Russia for stockfeed purposes. Due to COVID-19, the goods to trade between China and Kazakhstan can only be transported by train and are restricted and inconvenient, thus buyers are looking for different origins of barley.
