Brazil, in the first two months of the year, exported around 15.3 thousand tons of mangoes, an increase of 5% in comparison with the same period in 2020.
The mango market continues to have good expectations, mainly because Côte d'Ivoire, which supplies Europe between April and June, may have shipping limitations, as many contracts were canceled last year and have not been renewed for this year. Therefore, the Brazilian mango may have greater penetration in the European market in the coming months.
