Labor shortage in broiler factories in Thailand

The broiler supply chain in Thailand will be recovered in 2022. Many factories lacked workers due to the spread of the coronavirus in the factories. Some immigrant workers from Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos gradually returned to their hometown. The factories have lost more than 50% of the workforce and they are not able to produce the same volume as before. The production and exports are predicted to improve in March 2022.
