Bulgarian ports are more advantageous than other Black Sea locations

Bulgarian ports are closer to the main ports in Turkey and in Greece, which gives a logistics advantage to Bulgarian sunflower exporters against their competitors in Ukraine and in Russia. This gives a price advantage to Bulgarian production despite the fact that during some years, prices in Bulgaria are higher than the other Black Sea producers.
