Canada had a record level of table potato inventory in July left from the 2021 crop, reaching 12.32M cwt. Most of the overstock was located in PEI, New Brunswick, and Quebec. Strong demand and rising prices should help move Canada’s remaining table potatoes before the new-crop harvest starts.
