Canadian canary seed prices expected to be strong

Canadian canary seed prices are expected to be strong throughout the fall and new year based on limited carryover stocks from the 2019-20 crop. The 2020-21 crop is expected to reach 171,000 MT, up 10% from last year, however, the low carryover my cause prices to reach up to 40 cents per pound from the current 31 cent level.
