Cashew crop offers from Cambodia, Vietnam, and several African countries are now open for shipments following the Tet holiday. These offers include a high supply of larger sizes such as WW160, WW180, and WW210, all of which boast excellent quality from the first crop.
Many factories, especially those engaged in self-manufacturing, operate at full capacity with Mar-24 orders completely booked. As a result, they can only offer shipments from Apr-24 onwards, particularly for WW240 orders.
Moreover, favorable weather and soil conditions in Vietnam and Cambodia are expected to result in a bumper crop, which should help somewhat alleviate raw material prices. This anticipated price decrease will likely facilitate kernel production, making it comparatively more accessible than in previous periods.
