Cibus, to be held in Parma from May 7th to 10th, is a prominent food fair in Italy dedicated to showcasing high-quality Italian food products. It serves as a vital platform for promoting Italian food exports and attracting foreign investment in the agri-food sector. Over 3,000 companies will participate, with over 1,000 buyers registered from various international markets. The event also highlights ASEAN countries in 2024, with the return of China and a significant delegation from Japan. In the seafood sector, numerous companies will showcase canned fish and various seafood products, including tuna, anchovies, mackerel, salmon, bottarga, and other species for retail, food service, and wholesale distribution.
