To encourage cocoa entrepreneurs to improve good plantation management, which in turn increases the production and productivity of agricultural products, the Cocoa Production Incentive Program will be implemented by 2021. While The Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities (KPPK) tries to apply for allocations in Malaysia's twelfth scheme (RMK -12), suppliers believe this program will increase the interest of many to venture into Malaysian cocoa farming.
