Coffee prices are increasing in Saudi Arabia

Coffee prices are increasing in the Saudi Arabia market for the past three years. The total coffee imported volume in 2009 was USD 108,855,142, and USD 281,404,056 in 2020, respectively, which is 259% higher than that in 2009. Also, 48% of the imported coffee was from Ethiopia, the price of Lekempti Ethiopian green coffee grade 5 increased by 172%, the price was USD 2500mt in 2020 and continuously increased to USD 4300mt. In addition, most local coffee importers are expecting that the coffee price will continue to increase by the end of 2022.
