Colombian cape gooseberry exports increased by 11.7% YoY from USD 16.88M from January to May 2021 to USD 18.85M in the same period in 2022. Increased demand from the United States has led to an increase in exports since it is responsible for over 50% of the YoY rise in value. Colombia exports cape gooseberry to seventeen countries. The destinations that hold the largest market share are the Netherlands with a 66% market share, the United States with 15%, Germany with 6%, and Canada with 3.7%.
