The price of corn for animal feed in Indonesia continues the uptrend in the last 6 months. The Importers expect the government to grant the import permits anticipating the price hike. Currently, the price of corn for feed is almost double the reference price set by the government. This price increase is due to high international market prices and shortage of supply from the local supply.
