Dairy demand rebounding from peak COVID lows

US dairy demand, as well as around the world, has rebounded from peak COVID lows seen in April and May. Prices for a variety of dairy products including milk, butter, cheese, and powder have neared or surpassed prices seen in January before the full effects of the virus had been felt. The primary cause of the substantial price losses was the lack of foodservice demand.
