In W8, due to ongoing low demands from the United States markets of Indonesian frozen CO-treated yellowfin tuna, suppliers from Jakarta offered their product at USD 4.40/lb on loins, USD 7.80/lb on saku, and USD 4.30/lb on steaks, CFR US main ports basis. Pricing was lower than other suppliers in East Java during the beginning of February 2023, with a difference of USD 0.90/kg for loin, USD 0.40/kg for saku, and USD 0.60/kg for steak.
