Decrease in sales of vegetable seeds due to bad weather from last year

Sales of Vegetable seeds(Tomato, Chili Pepper, Bell pepper, Cucumber) have presented 75% less than last year in Culiacan, Sinaloa Valley. The seed companies and Nursery service companies present a decreased demand in the order of 75% less than last year. This means the growers have no capital to invest after a very bad season last year or growers will delay the season for 2 or 3 weeks expecting better weather conditions.
